Creek Ranger Hike

June through August, join a hike to Mountain Creek to search for animals and their homes. Bring shoes that can get wet since activities include getting in the creek.

Microscopes in the Park Center classroom will help participants study their finds and assess water quality. Participants get a ‘Stewardship Ranger’ card upon completing the program.

Schedule and fees for Creek Ranger
For individuals and families:
The Creek Ranger Hike will be held most Fridays in June, July and August at 10 a.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The fee for this program is $5. per person, payable at the fee booth instead of admission.

For Groups of 10 or more (limit 30)
The Creek Ranger Hike (as well as other nature hikes and scout programs) can be scheduled on weekdays at 10 a.m., just for your group!

The fee is $20. for up to 10 people, $30. for up to 20 people, and $40. for up to 30 people. Registration is required. Please have at least one adult per 10 children. Programs can be adapted to the ages and needs of your group.
